Delivery

The delivery times are generally calculated from the moment your payment goest trhogh and are sent via express courier.

The delivery cost includes packaging and they won't change based on the quantities that you order. If you want to add something to your order not delivered yet we will try to pack everything togethere so you'll save on the extra delivery cost.

The packagin is safe and the items will be well protected during the travel.

For the customised products we can't offer refunds.

As per D.lgs. N 206 2-September-2005 about the consumers rights. You can return your items within 14 days from the day you receive your products contacting via email Joy srls (info@joydanza.it). The cost for returing the product is covered by the consumer.

The 14 days return time is only for the already made products. The art.59 from the Codice al Consumo says that some products can't be returned and this includes the customised and tailr made products.

The tailor made products are not refundable as stated in the D.Lgs. 22 may 1999 n 158 comma 3 point C where the only refund possible is given if there's an error in the manufacture (different colour, sizes, fabric from the ones reported to the confirmation order).
